Refund Policy

Once a group program begins, a session or the first session in a package is delivered, there are no refunds for any reason. If you need to reschedule an appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel an appointment with at least 24-hours’ notice, you forfeit your appointment and will not receive a refund or be permitted to reschedule that appointment.

On Individual Mentoring Packages a full refund, minus a $1000 non-refundable deposit, for cancellations that occur before the start of your first session is offered. No refunds are given after the start of the first session.

If you reschedule with at least 24-hours’ notice you will need to book and complete the rescheduled appointment within 30 days of the original canceled appointment. If you repeatedly cancel and reschedule appointments the practitioner reserves the right to refuse to work with you and no refunds will be issued. If you’ve purchased any program with 1:1 session(s), that you must complete those sessions with your practitioner within 12 calendar months after purchase after which the practitioner reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of the sessions.
